I encourage my clients to spend time searching for homes online to get a sense of what is available, what they can afford, and where — and start to generate a wish list. Once you are ready to start taking a look at homes, just give me a call and I can quickly set up appointments to visit your favorites.

When you make the decision to begin actively looking for your next home, it is important that I understand what you are looking for and can search for you as well. I have access to listed properties a few days before they are publicly available, and I will search multiple times everyday to find any listings that match your criteria and e-mail you new listings that come on the market faster than you can find them online.

Often through my relator network I know of homes before they hit the market. Of course, I also search Craigslist, eBay, and other For Sale by Owner sources for you.
