I'm a serious negotiator for my clients, but I don't take myself too seriously... this process is about you, your wishes, your personalities, your insecurities. As a buyer, you can expect that I will search for new listings several times a day. I will either e-mail or call you with new listings as they come on the market. I will work hard to get you information before anyone else.

As a seller, you can expect my Full Service 15-Point Marketing Plan that will get your home sold fast, with the highest profit possible. I will customize my marketing plan to fit the needs of your home and to get you the most exposure possible. I'll work hard to get you the most money with the least inconvenience in the shortest amount of time!
